At BAD SON, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
